Reiki healing is an alternative  therapy created by a Japanese Buddhist Monk Master Mikao Usui. The divine energy is widely used all over the world. 
Reiki can help you to manage, heal,
maintain well-being and mental well-being, and implement positive changes to your life. Reiki is a universal energy which flows through our bodies and helps you become healthier, have stability in life, manage and cope with emotions, Reduces stress and anxiety, helps to reduce or cure Diseases, manifest certain desires and promotes relaxation. I have been practicing Reiki for 5 years and have exceled into deeper self healing by using Reiki level 1,2 and 3, being attuned and  trained in Kundalini and Shamanic practices that can be implemented during your Reiki sessions if you wish, to give a stronger and more long lasting effects to your treatment.
At every session I ask for your permission to receive the healing by filling out a private and confidential tailor made consultation to ensure your safe, that your happy with what you are about to receive, specific areas you want healing to, and/or certain goals you wish to achieve.  I also offer crystal healing and Kundalini healing either combined with Reiki or separate.

I offer Reiki healing sessions in the comfort of your own home , that being in person, through use of video chat, and distance healing. I also offer session in Care Homes, fetes and Festivals upon request.




I am a certified and fully insured massage therapist who has been trained in Gua Sha massage. Gua Sha massage is a traditional Chinese healing practice that uses a variety of smoothed edged stone tools that gently stroke's your skin whilst adding small pressure to your body and using different styled movements. Gua Sha is a gently and relaxing massage that can improve circulation of body, reduce inflammation, relieve pain, manage headaches and migraines, and can even be used to give a none surgical approach to a facelift.


 

Please be advised it is not advisable to receive Gua Sha on the elderly, those who suffer from strokes and/or blood clots, and those with thin skin.
